 Whats on Next Week;             The Deltics

The deltics pop group was born out of a duo started by Dennis and Roy by adding a lead guitarist and a drummer. formed in the early sixties and playing the same venues such as the kinks, the hollies, Chris farlow and the thunderbirds and many others, the group enjoyed limited success.

When the group broke up in 1965 Dennis and Roy reverted to being a duo until 1972 when day time jobs and family commitments signalled the end of the performing.

The real reason we have reformed is that when Roy had a successful operation earlier this year to remove a cancerous kidney we decided to play a few "gigs" and donate the proceedings to kidney cancer research
